If you are having trouble finding your activation letter, please look in your SPAM or BULK email folder (Especially if you have Yahoo mail)! Also please make sure that you are checking the same email address that you ordered or paid with! We will resend the activation instructions only to the address used when purchasing. If you have ordered our software and have NOT received your instructions from us and you are certain your card has been approved and charged, please look in your SPAM or BULK email folder! Also please look for a seperate order confirmation email from PayPal or Google Checkout. If your charge went through, you will receive written confirmation from them. We send activation info the very moment the charge is approved...but SPAM folders are where they often end up. The only reason there would be a delay in our sending your activation letter, is if the system is still waiting for your card to authorize. Credit Card Authorization on PayPal is generally very fast, but on Google Checkout it can sometimes take a bit of time. Please understand that these delays are caused by YOUR bank's process. Our system is lightning fast and the moment the charge is authorized, we send your software!
